Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment for IT, Digital, AI, Data, or Technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruitment activities across IT, AI and tech positions.
• Schedule interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers and panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics using Excel.
• Track key recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, interview activity and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures and data privacy requirements.
