Job summary

SYNCOMS Group in Dubai is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to own recruitment across the business, with a strong emphasis on AI and technology roles. The role blends 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR, coordinating with leadership in the UK and USA while based in Dubai.

You will actively source, headhunt and map AI/ML and software engineering talent, manage end-to-end recruitment, and support onboarding and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience sourcing AI/ML/tech professionals is highly desirable.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting with passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting across multiple markets is preferred.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requirement to joining.
• Source AI and technology professionals and build pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews across UAE, UK, USA time zones.
• Support HR admin and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate needs into sourcing strategies.
