Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment for IT, Digital, AI, Data, or Technology roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across IT, AI, and technology-related positions.
• Schedule interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports, and hiring metrics using Excel
• Track key recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, interview activity, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and data privacy requirements.
