Job summary

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Ticketing Team Leader to oversee the ticketing team and ensure high service standards across the plaza. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and uphold cash handling security during operating hours.

Applicants should have prior supervisory experience, strong computer skills, and complete 12 years of schooling. The role includes extensive guest interaction and collaboration with the Assist.

• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect locker room and ticketing plaza maintenance to be ready for daily operations.
• Schedule line staff and manage daily rotations and breaks.
• Supervise and inspect duties of ticketing team members.
• Oversee ticketing counters and staff to maintain service standards.
• Handle cash handling procedures and ensure secure cash-outs during shifts.
• Provide training and coaching and address disciplinary issues as needed.

The Ticketing Team Leader directly reports to the Assistant Manager Ticketing and has a diverse group of responsibilities that include plaza safety, guest satisfaction, plaza maintenance and cleaning, as well as supervision of the Ticketing Team members.

About The Role

• Liaison between Team Members and Management
• Inspections of locker room and ticketing plaza maintenance to ensure its ready for the day
• Scheduling of line staff and daily rotation
• Supervision and inspection of assigned duties of the Team members.
• Supervision of ticketing counter and team members
• To run rotations and breaks for team members
• Maintenance of safety of cash handling procedures during operating hours and cashing out the team members.
• Training
• To carry out disciplinary actions and counselling.
• Attends to minor guest request and complaints promptly or report to Assistant Ticketing Manager for assistance
• Maintaining a ticketing plaza at all times
• Report all first aid emergencies to the Assistant Ticketing Manager
• Supervision of proper Guest behavior
• Ensure all closing down procedures are followed- cash outs, reports sent, clearance of lockers
