Kerzner International's Atlantis, The Palm is hiring a Team Leader, Platinum for Reservations to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure top‑tier guest service. You will guide agents, monitor traces, and drive upselling across multi-property bookings in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Reservations, strong English communication, and familiarity with Opera PMS. The role offers a tax-free UAE salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Reservations or contact center.
• Experience selling and upselling multi-properties is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the Reservations operation according to standards.
• Review the Reservations Trace report daily and allocate tasks to agents/supervisors.
• Ensure all traces are resolved before day end.
• Provide exceptional service to callers and upsell where appropriate.

About The Role:

As a Team Leader, Platinum you will monitor and control the entire Reservation operation according to the department standards. You will ensure that every caller directed to the Reservations department receives an optimum level of services and care at all times. The successful candidate will be required to check the Reservations Trace report on a daily basis and allocate outstanding tasks to reservations agent/supervisors, ensuring that all traces are suitably resolved before day end.

About You:

A minimum of one year experience with Reservations or significant experience of working in contact center. The successful candidate will be required to have experience in selling, cross selling, and upselling multi properties in central environment is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, Proficiency in English and other language is an advantage. Full knowledge of the Property Management System (Opera) is required.
