Job summary

Team Leader – Retail at TASC Outsourcing UAE is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the shop-floor sales team to meet and exceed store targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will coach and motivate staff, monitor performance and KPIs, manage stock and merchandising, and coordinate with the Store Manager on daily operations and onboarding. UAE retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the retail sales team on the shop floor.

• Support daily store opening, closing, and operational activities.

• Prepare sales updates, reports, and performance trackers.
• Support roster planning, attendance, and shift coordination.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and internal teams on operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail procedures.
• Support new joiner onboarding and on-the-job training.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in handling customer escalations.
• Good knowledge of POS, stock management, and retail operations.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE retail experience is preferred.
