Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts is recruiting for a Luxury F&B Team Leader in Dubai. The role leads daily service, guides a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and collaborates with culinary and operations to maintain top-tier standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&B service, strong leadership and guest-service skills, and are willing to relocate to Dubai for ongoing opportunities with a leading hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
• Experience as F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or senior waiter with team responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
• Ability to guide and motivate a service team.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage outlet.
• Lead and support the service team during daily operations, ensuring luxury service standards.
• Coordinate team members and service sections for efficient guest flow.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities, reservations, VIP guests, and updates.
• Monitor service quality and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure guests receive warm, professional, personalized service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, and promotions.
• Coordinate with culinary and other teams to ensure timely service.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members.

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the outlet.
• Assist with inventory control and responsible use of resources.

As an F&B Team Leader, you will support the daily operation of the outlet while guiding the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage outlet.

• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the outlet.
• Support inventory control, stock management, and the responsible use of operational resources.
• Assist outlet management with daily operational requirements and contribute to achieving guest satisfaction and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Previous experience as an F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or similar role with team responsibilities is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and luxury service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, support, and motivate a service team.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain organized and make effective operational decisions during busy service periods.
• Confident handling guest feedback and service recovery situations.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
