This commission-based Area Manager role leads a team of brokers, drives sales and growth, mentors the team, sets targets, and works with the Sales and Leasing Manager. Experienced managers with an existing team are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in Dubai real estate sales and leasing.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
• Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• A valid UAE driver's licence is mandatory.
