Job summary

Elite Property in Dubai is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, develop recruitment strategies, and attract high-performing real estate brokers. The role requires previous recruitment experience, ideally in Dubai's real estate market, and strong communication skills.

You'll play a key role in building a high-performing recruitment function within a modern office environment with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Dubai real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to source and attract quality candidates.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, and social media channels.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-performing real estate brokers.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for the business.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and international candidates.
• Manage recruitment advertising across job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the business.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
• Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring performance.
• Promote the ELITE Property brand within the market and recruitment community.
