Role Overview

This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for real estate brokers in Dubai, developing strategies, and reporting on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-performing real estate brokers.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and international candidates.
• Manage recruitment advertising across job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the business.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
• Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring performance.
• Promote the ELITE Property brand within the market and recruitment community.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Dubai real estate.
