Job summary

ELITE Property DXB is recruiting a Real Estate Broker in Dubai on a commission-only basis. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct market research, negotiate deals, and manage listings to facilitate successful transactions.

This role offers a 55%–72% commission structure, plus in-house marketing, AI-powered CRM, and visa, medical insurance, and RERA licence provision. A strong sales drive and local market knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to build rapport quickly and adapt to market changes.
• Knowledge of local Dubai real estate market dynamics is advantageous.

Role Description

The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, providing customer service, negotiating deals, managing property listings, and facilitating sale transactions. The Broker will also maintain and develop client relationships and stay informed about real estate trends in the market.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred, but we also welcome experienced sales professionals from other industries looking to transition into real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sales-driven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Well-versed in local property market dynamics and current trends.
• Proven capability to adapt swiftly to evolving market conditions and diverse client requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
