Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Team Lead (Junior Supervisor) to manage the day-to-day F&B/guest-facing operations in a luxury Dubai hospitality venue. You will ensure premium service standards and lead a frontline team.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing SOPs, handling guest feedback and service recovery, coordinating with departments, and driving KPIs. Fluency in an additional language is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hotel/F&B operations experience.
• Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards, F&B operations and hotel procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a frontline team.
• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Russian, Spanish, French, etc.).

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the assigned F&B / guest-facing area, ensuring consistent luxury service standards.
• Supervising, coaching and developing team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs, grooming and service standards.
• Monitoring guest interactions and proactively address feedback, complaints and service recovery requirements.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Allocating daily tasks, monitor team performance and support the achievement of operational KPIs.

What you already have...

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel/F&B operations, with prior supervisory or team-lead exposure.
• Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards, F&B operations and hotel procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a frontline team in a fast-paced operational environment.
