Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is seeking a Team Lead - Cala Vista to oversee day-to-day operations, motivate and guide the team, and ensure guests receive discreet and professional service.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality and has 2–3 years of experience in international hospitality, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud). A cooperative, culturally aware professional will thrive in our luxury hotel environment.

• Experience in international hospitality and understanding of cultural differences.
• 2–3 years of experience in international hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and lead the team with integrity.

• Ensure personnel, guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Address guest enquiries and complaints professionally, recording relevant details and notifying the supervisor.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
