Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is seeking a Team Lead - Shimmers to oversee daily operations and guide the team with compassion and integrity. You will manage rosters, coordinate duties, and ensure guests are greeted and served professionally in a luxury setting.

The role requires a hospitality diploma/degree, strong MS Office and Opera (Cloud) skills, and 2–3 years of international hospitality experience. Benefits include healthcare and housing within our global network.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contracts.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, recording details and notifying the supervisor.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Address guest enquiries and complaints professionally, recording relevant details and notifying the supervisor.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
