Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks an experienced hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations, motivate the team, and lead by example with integrity.

You will develop timelines, delegate tasks across departments, supervise guest reception, and ensure staff are briefed and professional. You will also manage duty rosters, reports, stock, inventories, and vendor contracts to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hospitality experience, preferably with an international company.
• Strong staff management and organizational skills.
• Experience working in an international capacity and understanding cultural differences.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or similar
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
