Job summary

TikTok LIVE Operations is seeking a seasoned Head of New TCN BD to drive transformation across the China–MENA and MENA Chinese ecosystems. You will lead cross-border partnerships, negotiate strategic deals, and build scalable models with top-tier agencies and TCN entrepreneurs.

In this role you will manage a growing team, set goals, prioritize partners, and deliver revenue growth while expanding the agency network across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other key markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in internet, live streaming, MCN, or related fields.
• 3+ years in people management or business leadership.
• Strong business development capabilities, end-to-end deal closing.
• Strong commercial judgment and partner prioritization.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the New TCN Business Transformation, shifting to top-tier agencies and expanding relationships across the live-streaming ecosystem.
• Build the China–MENA Agency Ecosystem: lead business development, partnership negotiations, and market entry for top-tier agencies.
• Develop the MENA Chinese Agency Ecosystem: recruit and incubate TCN entrepreneurs and explore dual-growth models.
• Lead the Team Through the Business Transformation: optimize goals, segments, and resource allocation.
