Job summary

TikTok is seeking an intern for their agency partnership recruitment operations in Dubai. This role focuses on generating leads, converting them into Talent Content Networks, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Successful candidates will have a strong interest in the creator economy and will be fluent in Arabic and English. The internship involves high-volume outreach, presentations, and CRM management within a fast-paced environment. Full-time commitment is required starting from June 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable managing high outreach volumes.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume daily outreach via cold calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Guide qualified leads through the full onboarding journey.
• Deliver structured recruitment presentations to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate records across all recruitment trackers and CRM tools.
• Support day-to-day recruitment tasks and pipeline management.
