TikTok LIVE is seeking a Creator Manager for the MENAT region to help build regional creator-management strategies and governance. You will train local teams, analyze performance, and support growth frameworks with cross-functional collaboration across markets.

The role emphasizes regional policy implementation, ongoing training materials, and escalation of major product or operational issues to stakeholders. Arabic fluency is required to communicate with local partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and pop culture.
• Understanding of latest live‑streaming trends and AI tools.
• Arabic speaking required to communicate with local stakeholders and live content culture.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of regional creator-management strategies and governance across MENA.
• Create onboarding and training materials for creators and local teams on TikTok LIVE products, policies and best practices.
• Analyse regional creator performance data weekly and monthly, identifying trends and strategic gaps.
• Support local teams in designing creator growth frameworks and engagement methods to improve regional performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on regional creator initiatives and playbooks, with market-level implementation by local entities.
• Provide insights on MENAT LIVE ecosystem trends and improvements to regional operations strategy.
• Escalate systemic product, policy or operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
