Responsibilities

• Assist the department in talent recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling for European and American markets.

• Help develop and execute recruitment strategies for efficient hiring processes.
• Provide support on labor regulations, market trends, and cultural differences in Europe and the US.
• Assist in organizing recruitment data and prepare HR reports.
