Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring a Recruitment Executive for its Dubai, UAE team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment based on client briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, drafting adverts, and coordinating interviews.

Immediate joiners are preferred and the position carries an all-inclusive salary up to AED 4,000 monthly with performance incentives. The candidate should be English fluent, a strong communicator, and a team player with good multitasking and organizational skills; Tagalog language

Qualifications

Tagalog speaker preferred.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in call center, customer service, or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process based on client requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
Advise clients on market salary ranges and candidate availability.
Format CVs and prepare candidate reports.
Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Facilitate offer letter signing and candidate document submission.
Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
