Madinat Jumeirah, part of Jumeirah, invites applications for a Talent Manager to join Human Resources from December 2026 onwards at our luxury beachfront resort.

Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance processes across the property, partnering with leaders to build development programs and mobility opportunities within our global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Hospitality Management, Organizational Development or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive Human Capital experience with focus on talent management, succession planning and development.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent reviews, workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of talent analytics, engagement, retention strategies and career development frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the resort’s talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and HR strategy.
• Partner with leaders to identify critical roles, map talent, and drive succession planning with robust development actions.
• Lead the performance management cycle across the resort with guidance to leaders and timely appraisals.
• Identify capability gaps via talent assessments and collaborate with Learning & Development for targeted programs and internal mobility.
• Drive colleague engagement and retention using workforce insights to support a high-performance culture.
• Own talent analytics and reporting, maintain accurate data, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Manager tojoin Human Resources in Madinat Jumeirah from December 2026 onwards.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Develop and implement the resort’s talent management strategy, aligning talent initiatives with Madinat Jumeirah’s business objectives and Jumeirah’s Human Resources strategy.
• Partner with leaders to identify critical roles, conduct talent mapping, and drive succession planning, ensuring robust development actions and talent pipelines are in place.
• Lead the performance management cycle across the resort, providing guidance to leaders and ensuring timely, high-quality completion of performance reviews.
• Identify capability gaps through talent assessments and collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver targeted development programs, career pathways, and internal mobility opportunities.
• Drive colleague engagement and retention initiatives, using workforce insights and feedback to enhance employee experience and support a high-performance culture.
• Own talent analytics and reporting, maintaining accurate talent data, monitoring trends, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to resort leadership.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive Human Capital experience, with a strong focus on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development.
• Proven experience partnering with leaders to drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and colleague development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of talent analytics, employee engagement, retention strategies, and career development frameworks.
• Experience within luxury hospitality or a large, multi-department resort environment is highly preferred.
