Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a mandatory Coordinator, People Development to organize and oversee training programs for employees. You will manage logistics, maintain records, and support initiatives aimed at improving skills, engagement, and performance.

The role emphasizes careful record-keeping, LMS data management, and collaboration with department heads to ensure timely onboarding and continuous learning across the property.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
• Experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience with LMS or HR systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate training records including attendance, certifications, and feedback forms.
• Learning Management: Input and update learner data in the LMS and generate reports.
• Employee Communication: Share training schedules, reminders, and follow-up actions.
