Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training or HR programs.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and orientations.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance.
• Input learning data into the LMS and generate reports.
• Communicate schedules and updates to participants and managers.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare training materials and presentations.
• Monitor completion of mandatory trainings.
• Assist with events and employee engagement activities.
• Collect feedback to improve learning programs.
• Provide admin support to the People Development team.
