Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration are a plus.
• Previous experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support is preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with LMS or HR systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in both digital and physical formats.
• Learning Management: Input and update employee learning data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Employee Communication: Communicate training schedules, reminders, and follow-up actions to participants and department heads.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with organizing induction programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company’s culture and policies.
• Material Preparation: Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Compliance Monitoring: Track completion of mandatory training such as health, safety, and compliance sessions.
• Event Support: Support the execution of employee engagement and recognition events, wellness activities, and talent development initiatives.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and compile training feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning sessions.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People Development team.
