Job summary

Melia Hotels International in Dubai is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and learning initiatives within luxury hospitality, driving candidate experience and onboarding in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will partner with department heads, deliver training, manage induction programs, coordinate engagement activities, and prepare monthly HR reports while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience focused on recruitment and L&D.
• Experience delivering training and coordinating employee engagement activities.
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and pre-employment checks.
• Partner with Heads of Department to meet staffing needs within approved headcount and budgets.
• Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements and onboarding for new colleagues.
• Identify training needs and plan the annual training calendar in line with brand standards.
• Deliver induction programmes and coordinate mandatory training tracking and effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover and activities.
