Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager for Human Capital (National Talent) to lead end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and support employee relations in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will review payroll inputs, manage attendance in the Gantner system, and help drive HR initiatives in line with corporate objectives, ensuring a compliant and engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR or human capital management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment with department heads and ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and probation reviews.
• Serve as first contact for employee inquiries and performance issues.
• Review payroll inputs for accuracy and manage attendance data.
• Assist HR initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and compliance.
