The Talent Development Lead shapes learning strategies, designs impactful programs, and partners with HRBPs and park leaders to drive development initiatives across parks and corporate functions.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, program design, facilitation, and evaluation across classroom, virtual, and blended formats, plus IDP support and LMS oversight.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Facilitation or coaching certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning solutions aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and manage end-to-end learning cycles.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to identify capability gaps and program impact.
• Maintain LMS records and support IDP implementation.
