Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi seeks a Talent Development Lead to drive the organization’s learning and development strategy across its world-class attractions. You will partner with HR business partners, park leadership and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative development solutions and deliver engaging programs that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Strong background in training design, facilitation, and delivery.
• Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Attractions, or Theme Park industries.
• Proven ability in Learning Needs Analysis, ADDIE methodology, program design & development, facilitation & training delivery, evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, etc.).
• Working knowledge of learning management systems, stakeholder management and collaboration, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams, and excellent English communication skills.
• Prefer Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD).
• Prefer Facilitation Certification (ATD) or Coaching Certification (ICF).
• Prefer Oracle Learning Management System experience.
• Prefer online content creation and authoring tools, video, graphic design, and digital learning development tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and park leaders to understand learning needs and align initiatives with business priorities.
• Manage end-to-end learning cycle: needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation and improvement.
• Deliver engaging workshops on technical, knowledge-based and soft-skill topics for employees at all levels.
• Design and develop online learning content using Articulate and Vyond.
• Launch and manage learning solutions across Viva Engage, Loop LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Talent Management on Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Support Emiratization efforts through internship programs and cross-training initiatives.

Role Overview

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative development solutions and deliver engaging learning experiences that support business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand departmental and park‑specific learning requirements; build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement, park visits, and special events; ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end learning cycle, including learning needs analysis, program design and development, training delivery, facilitation, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Deliver engaging and impactful workshops focused on technical, knowledge‑based and soft‑skill development for employees at all levels.
• Design and develop innovative online learning content using tools such as Articulate and Vyond.
• Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms including Viva Engage, Loop LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Talent Management team to support Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation.
• Support Miral’s Emiratization strategy in collaboration with the Emiratization team; contribute to internship programs, cross‑training initiatives and multiskilling projects.
