Visioneers in Dubai is seeking a Talent & Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end creator campaigns. You will work closely with Content and BD teams, coordinating with clients, creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution from kickoff to handover.

The role emphasizes hands-on project coordination, creator relationship management, budget negotiation, and on-ground support for shoots or activations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent management or influencer campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding project management with multitasking ability.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE for full‑time on‑ground work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute influencer campaigns from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate deliverables between clients, creators, and internal teams.
• Brief creators on brand tone, deliverables, timelines, usage rights.
• Monitor milestones to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
• Negotiate fees and licenses within the approved campaign budget.
• Maintain creator database and long‑term relationships.
