Job summary

Visioneers in Dubai is seeking a Special Projects Manager at the crossroads of the creator economy and venture capital. You will lead creator-led initiatives, turning ideas into programs with measurable impact.

You will work directly with creators, founders, and investors to identify opportunities, build new programming, and drive high‑impact projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners, thrive in ambiguity, and manage multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator economy, VC, or startup ecosystem building.
• Experience launching or managing programs, partnerships, or initiatives in these spaces.
• Existing relationships within the creator or VC ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator-led special projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, partners, and resources.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Develop and launch new programs at the intersection of creators and startups.
• Build relationships with creators, VC firms, startup founders, and ecosystem partners.
• Track timelines, budgets, and performance metrics and report to leadership.
