Talent Higher, a Dubai-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, branding, social media and performance marketing.

You will define scopes, timelines and success metrics, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and identify growth opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in client-servicing within marketing/creative/advertising contexts
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across channels and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and performance media
• Experience with government/free zone/corporate/lifestyle clients preferred
• Strong commercial awareness, presentation skills and senior stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead key client relationships and act as the senior day-to-day point of contact
• Manage integrated marketing projects across digital, content, branding, social media and performance marketing
• Define and manage project scopes, timelines, deliverables and success metrics
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to strategic planning and campaign development
• Monitor account budgets, profitability, delivery SLAs and campaign performance
• Identify upselling, cross-selling and organic account-growth opportunities
• Support pricing, scope-of-work development and new-business pitches
• Mentor junior team members and ensure strong internal coordination across creative, digital and performance teams
• Flag delivery risks early and drive practical solutions
