Job summary

Visioneers in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Talent & Campaign Manager to drive end-to-end influencer and creator campaigns. You will work closely with Content and BD teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, coordinating between clients, creators, and internal teams, from kickoff through to delivery and payment.

• Experience in talent management or influencer campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Logistics: oversee campaigns post-strategy and proposal, ensure alignment with plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: coordinate deliverables between clients, creators, and internal teams.
• Briefing & Compliance: brief creators on brand tone, deliverables, timelines and usage rights.
• Milestone Tracking: monitor timelines for timely execution.
• Client Handover & Approvals: secure client approvals and manage revisions.
• On-Ground Support: provide live support during shoots or events when needed.
