Qualifications

Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or agency campaigns.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation of rates and licensing terms.
Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
Exceptional project management for multiple workflows and timelines.
Willing to relocate to Dubai for full-time on-ground availability.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute campaigns post-strategy and proposal approval.
Coordinate deliverables between clients, content creators, and internal teams.
Brief creators on brand tone, messaging, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign milestones and timelines.
Handle client handover, approvals, and revisions.
Negotiate creator fees, scope, and usage terms within budget.
Manage creator contracts, invoices, and administrative documentation.
Facilitate timely creator payments.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with content creators and influencers.
Maintain an updated creator database.
