Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join the Talent Acquisition team in the UAE. The role focuses on implementing policies, managing job postings, planning campaigns, and building a strong talent pipeline across functions.

Required are 3–5 years in recruitment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proven leadership. The position offers competitive benefits and opportunities within an expanding resort project.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience leading a team and developing tailored recruitment plans.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organization.

Responsabilités

• Implement company policies, processes, and recruitment best practices.
• Manage job pages on websites, social media, and job boards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan campaigns based on manpower needs.
• Assist in planning bulk recruitment trips and liaison with agencies.
• Build talent pipelines and provide recruitment guidance to stakeholders.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews for shortlisted candidates.
