Qualifications

• Proven experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the service sector.
• Full-cycle recruitment understanding and best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Candidates with own visa or cancelled visa.
• Immediate availability mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize sourcing techniques (online sourcing, screening, networking, referrals, headhunting) to attract quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate decision-making and negotiate job offers with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
