Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
• UAE recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies and high‑volume recruitment simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
