Job summary

Property Legacy is seeking an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit real estate professionals across Dubai and the UAE. You will source, engage, screen and coordinate interviews, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

The role requires 1–3 years in recruitment, strong LinkedIn sourcing, and a proven ability to build pipelines. This onsite position offers a competitive salary with commission and prospects within a growing international group.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition or sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting within Dubai/UAE real estate is highly desirable.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Confident in conducting initial screening calls.
• Motivated by targets, results and earning potential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality real estate candidates across the UAE market using LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential real estate talent.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and introduce candidates to Property Legacy opportunities.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity via CRM.
• Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
• Assist with onboarding for successful hires.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the journey.
• Support ongoing recruitment projects and stay informed on market trends.

In-house Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About Us:

Property Legacy is a Swiss-owned boutique real estate company specialising in Dubai real estate, alongside a wider international group operating across investment migration and real estate.

As we continue to grow our Dubai team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment function and play a key role in identifying and attracting high-performing real estate professionals across the UAE market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and spotting great talent. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from initial sourcing through to onboarding.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of real estate professionals across Dubai and the wider UAE.

You will actively source and engage candidates, qualify potential hires, coordinate interviews and help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality real estate candidates across the UAE market using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential real estate talent.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and introduce suitable candidates to Property Legacy opportunities.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, experience and suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity via CRM.
• Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
• Assist with the onboarding process for successful hires.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within Dubai/UAE real estate is highly desirable.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Confident conducting initial screening calls.
• Highly motivated by targets, results and earning potential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Dubai.
