AGAPI in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, a Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and a willingness to relocate to Dubai. IT/FinTech exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition with successful placements.
• Experience in IT/FinTech is a plus; relocation to Dubai preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set requirements and strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and keep them engaged.
• Provide updates on recruitment metrics to senior management.
