Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities across INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining accurate talent pipeline and candidate records. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes in line with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, managing stakeholders and ensuring fair, structured assessments.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices and the ability to promote the organization to potential talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms; proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices within the United Arab Emirates or the wider region.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are an advantage.
