• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage.
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
