Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Dubai. You will focus on sourcing, screening and hiring for hospitality roles across our brands.

Based in Dubai, you will work closely with department heads, ensure timely recruitment processes and maintain a strong employer brand in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• 80n Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
