Job summary

ONE BROKER GROUP in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Recruitment Executive to lead end-to-end hiring for agents and brokers. You will drive sourcing through portals, social media and referrals while building a robust pipeline in a competitive market.

This role requires 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Dubai real estate and a deep understanding of brokerage operations and commission structures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Proven ability to source and onboard high-performing real estate agents and brokers.
• Solid market knowledge and established connections in Dubai real estate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, brokers, and sales professionals across residential, commercial, and off-plan divisions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, and industry contacts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates within the Dubai real estate market.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural alignment and performance capability.
• Understand and leverage the Dubai property market, brokerage operations, and commission structures.

AED 10,000-15000 + (Designation & Salary based on industry experience) + Performance Incentives

Dubai Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector, with a strong track record of sourcing & onboarding high-performing real estate agents & sales brokers.
