Job summary

Limitless Real Estate UAE in Dubai is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our agent recruitment strategy for real estate professionals in the UAE and beyond.

You will headhunt brokers, screen candidates, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build a strong pipeline across UAE and international markets. Excellent English, a large network, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property recruitment market.
• Experience recruiting UK and European real estate professionals.
• Existing network of brokers and industry contacts.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicator; headhunter of senior candidates.
• Commercially minded, professional and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and own recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

Limitless Real Estate UAE is expanding our team in Dubai and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and support our agent recruitment strategy.

This is a key role within a growing real estate business, working directly with the directors and management team to identify, attract and secure high-quality real estate professionals.

The Role

• Proactively source and headhunt experienced real estate brokers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across the UAE and international markets
• Conduct initial screening and candidate qualification
• Manage the recruitment process from first contact through to offer and onboarding
• Develop relationships with experienced brokers considering a move to Dubai
• Use Linked In and other recruitment platforms to identify high-performing talent
• Support recruitment campaigns, networking and referral strategies
• Work closely with the directors to build the Limitless team as the business grows

Who We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Dubai/UAE real estate
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property recruitment market
• Experience recruiting UK and European real estate professionals would be highly advantageous
