We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai property market, knows what makes a successful broker and can confidently manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer and onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging and securing talented professionals across sales, leasing, off‑plan and support functions while representing LuxuryProperty.com as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE real estate industry and a strong network of property professionals.

The Role

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to offer stage
• Proactively identify and approach experienced real estate professionals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across sales, leasing and off‑plan
• Conduct initial screening calls and structured interviews
• Assess candidates based on experience, performance, attitude and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their recruitment needs
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media and industry networks to source talent
• Create and publish engaging job advertisements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the company’s systems
• Support recruitment events, open days and industry networking initiatives
• Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding
• Monitor recruitment activity, conversion rates and monthly hiring targets
• Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management
• Promote the company’s culture, opportunities and employer brand to prospective candidates

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE real estate industry
• A strong understanding of the Dubai property market and brokerage environment
• Experience recruiting sales brokers, leasing agents or off‑plan advisors
• A proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Strong communication, interviewing and relationship‑building skills
• Confidence speaking with candidates at different levels of seniority
• A proactive and target‑driven approach to recruitment
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
