Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment in the Oil & Gas sector. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, and databases, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Build a strong candidate pipeline, manage offers and onboarding, and keep accurate ATS records. UAE/GCC recruitment knowledge is a plus; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Oil & Gas recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience hiring technical, engineering, operations roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, portals and ATS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• GCC/UAE recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Recruit for technical and non-technical positions within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate offers, documentation, pre-employment requirements, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in the ATS/recruitment system.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress against agreed timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and market sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
