DowMartin Ltd in Dubai is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for oil & gas EPC/PMC projects. You will partner with Engineering leaders to define manpower needs, source engineers and site personnel, coordinate interviews, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hires.

The role requires experience across engineering, construction, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning and project controls, with a hands-on, multi-vacancy approach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment experience within EPC and PMC environments.
• Experience recruiting for Iraq-based projects is highly desirable.
• Proven track record recruiting engineering, construction, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning and project controls personnel.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and project mobilisation.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to support general HR activities alongside recruitment.

• Support manpower planning, project mobilisation and recruitment reporting.
• Review recruitment procedures and prepare job descriptions and interview questions.
• Monitor recruitment trends within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Support the Head of HR and HR team with general HR activities as required.
