Job summary

Namaa is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Dubai team. You will own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across corporate and commercial roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver strong candidates efficiently.

You will manage multiple vacancies, build strong pipelines, and guide candidates through interviews and offers. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions.
• Experience managing 15+ active roles simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across corporate and sales/commercial roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate pipeline-building experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously with momentum across processes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit; manage interview process.
• Lead offer discussions, negotiate within frameworks, and close candidates.
• Recruit across corporate and sales/construction functions as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline visibility.
