Role Overview: OVG Hospitality is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi. This position focuses on driving end-to-end recruitment pipelines, building candidate talent pools, and coordinating new employee onboarding experiences across hospitality operations.

The role involves partnering with department managers to define workforce needs, managing interview schedules, overseeing pre-employment documentation, facilitating orientation programs, and ensuring seamless integration for newly hired staff.

Core Competencies:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment workflows from sourcing and screening to offer extension.
• Coordinate complete employee onboarding processes, orientation schedules, and departmental integration.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing gaps, job criteria, and recruitment timelines.
• Oversee recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and candidate documentation.
• Support general human resource operations, workforce compliance, and employee relation initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated recruitment experience within the UAE; background in the hospitality sector is strongly preferred.
• Technical & Soft Skills: In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies, onboarding frameworks, interview evaluation techniques, candidate relationship management, and HR communications.
