Job summary

OVG Hospitality in Abu Dhabi seeks a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and orchestrate onboarding for new hires. You will partner with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.

Applicants should have 2-3 years UAE recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, and be adept at onboarding, coordination, and stakeholder management.

OVG Hospitality is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with experience in recruitment and employee onboarding, preferably within the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring a positive experience for new employees. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE, available for face-to-face interviews, and able to join immediately will be given preference.
