• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices; experience with recruitment systems, talent pipelines, and employer branding.
• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously; collaborative, people-focused, and results‑driven approach; strong organizational and time‑management skills.
